@criselda35 I think ... @criselda35 I think it may be. I am allergic to soy, tree nuts and possibly? peanuts I recently had a bad reaction, I getting tested next week. I am always hungry as well, I tend to eat 4 to 5 times a day. Three meals and one to two snacks. I am a normal weight though. It may have to do with us having a nutrient imbalance from not being to able to eat all food groups. List everything you eat over a few weeks, look at the nutrients, vitamins, etc and see if your missing any out of your diet.

People I know often treat me like I'm a drama queen because I ask so many questions at restaurants, obsess over what I can eat or how excited I get when I master a new recipe or actually find a place I? can eat freely. My 4 year old son ... My 4 year old son suffers from severe multiple food allergies. And it hurts to know that he will carry this burden for the rest of his life.? Many people don't understand the stress and anxiety we go though everyday. Thanks for sharing your story and all your hard work. Keep it up!
